Isaiah and I were in the kitchen the other morning when we decided to make a meal for our friend who just had a baby. He was SO excited when I asked him if he wanted to help make homemade brownies, he excitedly said "YES!"His eagerness to serve and help me in so many ways reminds me of my need to serve and be willing to be used by God. Over the time he's lived with us, I've been reminded that the joys in life are simple and not really complex. He is such a sweet spirit and I've learned so much from him.
Psalm 113:9
"He settles the barren woman in her home as a happy mother of children. Praise the LORD."
I'm happy to be a foster mom!
